The Japanese word 'reiki' can be translated as 'universal life energy' and the Usui System is a way of working with reiki for healing of self and others. The word healing is used in the sense of regaining harmony and wholeness. Promoting relaxation, understanding of self and others energies & trusting our intuition.
The class will be 100% virtual on zoom & can be accessed from anywhere you are! The class will be about 4 hours long depending the group. You will receive an email with the Reiki 1 manual & zoom link the day before the class. This workbook is for you to keep! You will also receive a email with the entire class recording with your certificate once the class is over!
